Leadership Team (2003-07)
VOTFSBA was administered by a seven-member Leadership Team from its founding in 2003 until 2007. The most recent Leadership Team completed its term in June 2007, at which point they determined, in consultation with the membership, that there was a need for a simpler organizational arrangement for the time being. Some of them agreed to be on call as an ad hoc steering committee, to consult together and to plan programs or write letters as the need arose. Before stepping down, they gave an account of their stewardship in the following statement:
