2011 January 29 - Communiqué to the American Catholic Council regarding its current Statement of Rights and Responsibilities of Catholics. Our goal is a short, clear document that gives equal weight to rights and responsibilities. 2011 January 24 - Statement of Rights and Responsibilities of Catholics. This statement was created by a committee appointed by Voice of the Faithful, Santa Barbara in response to the September 2010 proposal from the American Catholic Council.
